Kirsta Anderson
Kirsta brings 20 years of experience and expertise in leadership, culture and talent, both as a consultant and as Chief People Officer. At Hay Group and Korn Ferry she led the Global Culture Practice.
She then served as Chief People Officer at one of her clients, Partners Group, a global private markets investment firm. Her mandate both as a consultant and later as CPO was to help the firm make the transition from top-down, centralized leadership, to more distributed leadership with a stronger voice from a wider range of leaders from across the firm. Employee Engagement has been at the centre of her consulting and her time as CPO.
She now consults on leadership, culture and talent. When analysing and helping clients action plan from Engagement Survey results, she brings both a multi-faceted and pragmatic approach; multifaceted based on her depth in all aspects of the employee experience, from leadership to compensation to KPIs, and pragmatic because she has been a member of an Executive Team and understands the day to day reality of how much change an organisation can handle.
