Karen

I joined Hay Group (now Korn Ferry Hay Group) having arrived in the UK from Cape Town where I grew up. It has been at Hay Group where I honed my engagement survey skills running some of the world’s largest projects. I really enjoy what I do and pride myself on my client focus and strong customer service approach which has shaped me into the skilled and well-regarded project manager I am today.

Karolina

I made London my home in 2001, moving here from Poland and joined the leading survey practice Willis Towers Watson working in their global insight practice. I further cemented my specialist survey knowledge upon joining Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2010 spending the last 8 years running complex insight projects. Prior to my role in the survey industry, I gained experience as a project manager in the translation field. I’m passionate about helping clients simplify and find better ways of doing things and, like Karen, I’m driven by customer centricity.

 

Over the past 8 years, we have worked together as colleagues, but more importantly evolved in to good friends – and now business partners.  We have shared the trials and tribulations of balancing juggling busy jobs with raising our young children and we are now thrilled and passionate about applying our combined 25 years’ worth of experience in to practice on behalf of our own clients.

 

We get a genuinely nice feeling of knowing we can make a difference in the survey world.

 

And when we’re not working - well, we are just your average mums trying to balance kids, husbands, friends, wine, life...and exercise.
